Dear Neighbour,

I have lived in Pollokshields for nearly 26 years. I was a young woman when I came here and now I am middle aged. I have been happy and sad here. I have felt loss and also felt like the richest person alive.

It hasn’t always been easy to live here but Pollokshields has given me more than I could ever have expected. It is compelling. It is extraordinary. I’m not sure, but I might just decide that I will live here forever.
